Abstract | This collection contains Esther Harding’s manuscript “The I and the Not-I,” which was compiled from her notes and the audio tapes of her speaking at a conference in New York City on May 2-4, 1962. These tapes are also included in the collection. Also included is “Papers from the Second Baily Island Conference,” which was held in honor of Dr. Esther Harding’s eightieth birthday in August 1968.
